Return&cancel Policy

Cancel Order:

You have the option to cancel your order before the shipment number is issued. However, once the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it for you. If you still wish to cancel the order, please be aware that you will need to deduct your round -trip mailing fee of $30 from your refund.

Returns:

Our return policy lasts for 10 days from the date of your purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If your package has already left our warehouse for customization or is in transit, a $30 fee will be charged for the round -trip shipping costs. Please note that the items you ordered may differ slightly from the  pictures  on  the website  due  to  actual  arrival  conditions.  If this discrepancy is a concern for you, we recommend not proceeding with the purchase. We do not accept refunds or complaints arising from such differences.

If you have already received our gift package and decide to return it, we will issue a refund after we receive the gift package back and ensure it is not damaged. When applying for a return, please provide evidence by including a comprehensive picture of the shipping case (including shipping info and the item) and your order info (including the item info).

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishablegoods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimateor sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
  •    Giftcards.
  •    Downloadablesoftwareproducts.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Partial refunds (if applicable):

Under certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Bookswith obvious signs of use.
  •    CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, videogame, cassettetape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  •    Anyitemnot in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  •   Anyitem returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If there is still no sign of the refund, please contact us at {[email protected]}.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only  regular-priced  items are eligible for a  refund;  unfortunately, sale  items cannot  be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {[email protected]}.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.

Shipping:

To return your product, please mail it to: {[email protected]}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non – refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
